you have. Acrobat Reader® is available free to download fromAdobe's website. Without Adobe Acrobat

Memory resources are low -- Very common
reason why a form will not download or print properly. Close all other applications and then click on the download. Low memory can be a problem even on high performance PCs.
TIP--You may save the file to your
computer which may make it more convenient for you to use. In W95, right click on file, and choose Save Target As (save file as) then save the file to your computer. You also may choose to
"save to disk" under the preference settings of your Browser, depending on the operating system and Browser you have. If you get an error message from Adobe while downloading a
form, click on Refresh or go Back and click on the form again to download.
Netscape, check under OPTIONS | General Preferences | Helpers.
